CONTACT TRACING
When attending the festival all patrons are required to sign in via the QR code provided throughout the carpark and in the line up to the festival entry. You must show front gate attendants the sign in screen prior to entering the festival site. 
Save time at the front gate and sign in before you arrive at the Festival! Scan the QR Code below:
 
COVID SAFE MESSAGES
Covid safe messages may be delivered before and during the event - listen our for information and follow the directions. 
 
MAIN STAGE ENTERTAINMENT - CAPPED NUMBERS 
WRISTBANDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ENTRY TO THE STAGE AREA - THERE ARE 1500 PEOPLE ALLOWED AT ANY ONE TIME IN FRONT OF THE STAGE AREA - ONCE THIS CAPACITY IS REACHED THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER PEOPLE ALLOWED TO ENTER FRONT OF STAGE. 

PLEASE KEEP YOUR WRISTBAND ON AS YOU WILL NEED THIS TO ENTER BACK INTO THE STAGE AREA IF YOU LEAVE DURING THE ENTERTAINMENT!

ONE ENTRY - ONE EXIT 
There will be one entry and one exit. Special access can be given to people who have parked in the disabled parking area and have a disabled parking sticker on their vehicle. Please see the friendly team at the Turnaround Zone if you required disabled access into the event. NOTE: ACCESS FOR ANY PERSONS WITHOUT A DISABLED STICKER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS VIA THIS ENTRY. 

DROP OFF/PICK UP ZONE
The drop off and pick up zone will strictly be a no standing area - please ensure your ride is on their way before making your way to this area to avoid crowding. 
 
CAPPED NUMBERS 
To comply with out covid-safe event plan the Gladstone Harbour Festival will need to be fenced in 2021, this is so we can ensure that all people attending the event have complied with contract tracing requirements and that we can ensure we do not exceed our maximum capped numbers for the event. 
 
There will be a maximum of 4,606 people permitted to be in the site at any time, and attendees should be aware that wait times may be incurred should the event reach capacity. 
 
PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENE 
Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly (at least 20 seconds). Hand sanitizer is available throughout the event and we encourage it's use. 
 
STAY HOME IF UNWELL 
Please stay home if you are unwell, have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath or any other flu like symptoms. 
 
RIGHT TO REFUSE 
We have the right to refuse entry and must insist that anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms leaves the venue.

Look for COVID safe signage and follow directions.
